RG Studios prioritizes minimal data collection. When you use our website and services, we collect only the necessary information to provide access and customer support:

• Account Data: Email address, display name, and avatar URL provided during email/password, Google, or GitHub sign-in.
• Authentication Records: Cryptographic user IDs (UIDs) generated by Firebase Authentication. We never receive or store your plaintext passwords.
• Support Communications: Messages, inquiries, and files submitted through our dashboard support ticket system.
• Consent Records: Timestamps and version identifiers confirming your acknowledgement of our Terms and Privacy Policy.

2. How We Use Your Data

Your information is used strictly to:

• Authenticate your identity and provide secure dashboard access.
• Send essential account verification and password reset notifications via Firebase.
• Facilitate customer service and reply to technical support tickets.
• Ensure platform security and prevent fraudulent access.

We do NOT sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for advertising or tracking purposes.

3. Third-Party Service Providers

We partner with trusted infrastructure providers that adhere to rigorous security standards:

• Google Firebase: Used for secure identity management, email verification, and OAuth providers.
• Supabase: PostgreSQL database provider storing user profile metadata, support tickets, and product catalog data with Row Level Security (RLS).
• Vercel: Hosting and edge compute platform serving our web application.

4. Data Retention & Deletion

You retain the right to request deletion of your account and associated support ticket records at any time. To request data deletion, submit a ticket in your dashboard or contact our privacy team at privacy@rgstudios.com.
