1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the RG Studios website, creating an account, or downloading our Minecraft plugins, mods, or software resources, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. User Accounts & Authentication

When registering an account with RG Studios, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials. Account authentication is handled via Firebase Authentication; RG Studios never stores or has access to your raw account passwords.

You must be at least 13 years old (or the applicable minimum age in your jurisdiction) to register an account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Software & Intellectual Property

All plugins, mods, applications, artwork, and documentation provided on RG Studios are the intellectual property of RG Studios or our respective licensors. Resources marked as “Free” or “Open Source” are subject to their respective software licenses (e.g., MIT, GPL, or custom studio licenses).

You may not redistribute, reverse-engineer, or resell paid resources unless explicitly authorized under an enterprise or commercial redistributor agreement.

4. Support & Community Guidelines

Customer support is provided through our user dashboard ticketing system and our Discord community. Users are expected to maintain professional and respectful communication with studio staff and community members. Abusive behaviour, harassment, or fraudulent chargebacks may result in immediate account suspension.
